Jump is a 35 minute group attempt to fly. More trance like than aerobics, Jump is a moving meditation that transforms and swells as a group over time. Jump is supported by 20 mini-trampolines, a repertory of jumping rhythms and an epic playlist of songs that will send the group soaring with glee. Jump is lead by local contemporary dance artist and teacher, Kelly Keenan, and inspired by a little girl who once told her “I try to fly everyday!”. Kelly loves to develop movement activities that promote vitality and togetherness facilitated in a way, that when witnessed, blur the border between practice or performance.
All are welcome! Adults may be accompanied by children 7 years+ and assume responsibility for safety. Participation is limited to the number of trampolines (20). Pre-register to reserve a trampoline, otherwise trampolines will be assigned on first come first serve basis.
